What Digicel products and services can I order online?

Cell phones, data devices and prepaid SIM cards with data plans are all available to order online.

Yes, you can purchase a new SIM card and prepaid bundle online.

I want to buy a new Digicel postpaid sim

You can begin your order online, however postpaid transactions can only be completed at a Digicel store. As you will be required to sign a contract.

Can I convert my Digicel prepaid to postpaid and vice versa?

As a new Digicel customer, can I bring my own phone and connect it to the Digicel LTE network?

Yes, you can bring your own device as long as your phone/device operates on our frequency band. 4G (LTE): 700MHz Band 13 (Secondary) | 1900MHz Band 3 (Primary)

As an existing Digicel customer how can I upgrade my smartphone?

Devices can be purchased from our website or in-store.

What are the payment options available?

We accept Credit and Debit card payments online. Cash Payments are available only in-store.

What currency will I be billed in?

All prices are displayed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD), all purchases will be billed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars.

What documents are required for purchasing a new prepaid sim?

We require one valid form of government issued identification to purchase a Prepaid SIM.

What documents are required for purchasing a new postpaid sim?

You will need two (2) valid forms of government issued identification and a proof of address. This can be a utility bill in your name or a bank statement. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, we will require a utility bill for your residence and a letter from the named person the utility bill is registered to, permitting use of the address.

What is the warranty on devices?

Cell phones devices have a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year. Accessories have a warranty of 1 months from date of purchase.

What is the Cancellation Policy

Orders for cell phone devices can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch or collection from in-store. Once dispatched from our stores, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders where a prepaid SIM card was bundled may not be cancelled.

Refund times vary based on your bank and card type used.

What are the different delivery options available?

We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before midday (before 12pm). Orders placed after midday (12pm) will be delivered or available for in store pickup on the next business day.

Delivery charges Varies by District and will be displayed once the delivery option is selected

From which stores is click and collect available?

Our in-store Click and collect service is available in all Digicel stores in Antigua and Barbuda.

How soon can I collect my click and collect order?

If you order before midday (before 12pm) your click and collect order will be available by 2pm in store. If you order after Midday, your order will be available the next business day at 10am in your preferred store.

For which products or services are verification documents required?

Verification documents are required for all purchases, proof of identification is required on delivery or collection.

What should I do if I miss my delivery/pick up?

Contact will be made to you to have this, rescheduled.

Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

Yes, our delivery driver will require a customer signature and proof of identification on delivery of your order.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

You can only make changes to your order before dispatch, if you require urgent assistance please email customercareantiguaandbarbuda@digicelgroup.com advising you need to make amendments to your online order. Please include your order number, old details, new details so the changes can be implemented quickly before dispatch.
