We require one valid form of identification to purchase a SIM online

What documents are required for purchasing a new postpaid sim?

You will need a valid form of identification and a proof of address. This can be a utility bill in your name or a bank statement. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, we will require a utility bill for your residence and a letter from the named person the utility bill is registered to, permitting use of the address.

What is the warranty on devices?

Cell phones devices have a manufacturer’s warranty of 3 months.

What is the Cancellation Policy

Orders for cell phone devices can be cancelled at any time prior to being ready for pick up. Once ready for pick up, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders where a prepaid SIM card was bundled may not be cancelled. Orders where a postpaid Sim card was bundled will attract a cancellation fees of the prorated amount based on the date of cancelation.

Refund times vary based on your bank and card type used.

What are the different delivery options available?

We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before midday (before 12pm). We offer next day delivery for all orders placed after Midday (after 12pm)

What are the delivery charges?

Orders are required to be picked up at our store locations. Customer will be contacted once order is ready.

From which stores is click and collect available?

Our in-store Click and collect service is available in all Digicel stores in Barbados.

  • How soon can I collect my click and collect order?

    If you order before midday (before 12pm) your click and collect order will be available by 2pm in store. If you order after Midday, your order will be available the next day at 10am in your preferred store.

    Verification documents are required for all purchases, proof of identification is required on delivery or collection.

    What should I do if I miss my delivery/pick up?

    If you miss your delivery please contact our support team on 300-2500 (Road Town)/ 300-2501 (Virgin Gorda) to reschedule your pick up.

    How can I track my order?

    Please log in to our website and track your order online.

    Will all the products be shipped out together?

    Yes, all products ordered together will be shipped as one delivery. However if you make multiple orders, we cannot guarantee they will be delivered at the same time.

    Which locations do you deliver to?

    Our delivery service is island-wide

    Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

    Yes, our delivery driver will require a customer signature and proof of identification on delivery of your order.

    Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

    You can only make changes to your order before dispatch, if you require urgent assistance please call 300-2500 (Road Town)/ 300-2501 (Virgin Gorda) advising you need to make amendments to your online order. Please have your order number ready so the changes can be implemented quickly before dispatch.

    What are the various statuses an order can have?
