What Digicel products and services can I order online?
Cell phones, data devices and prepaid SIM cards with data plans are all available to order online.
Can I buy a new Digicel prepaid sim?
Yes, you can purchase a new SIM card and prepaid bundle online.
Can I buy a new Digicel postpaid sim?
You can begin your order online, however postpaid transactions can only be completed at a Digicel store.
How do I switch to Digicel from my existing provider?
Once you submit your request to switch online, a sales member will contact you within 48hrs to complete your switch request.
Can I convert my Digicel prepaid number to a Digicel postpaid?
You can begin the process online, however transactions can only be completed at a Digicel store.
As a new Digicel customer, can I bring my own phone and connect it to the Digicel LTE network?
Yes, you can bring your own device as long as your phone/device operates on our frequency band.

As an existing Digicel customer how can I upgrade my smartphone?
You can purchase any device from our website.
What are the payment options available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit card payments online.
What currency will I be billed in?
All prices are displayed in US Dollars, all purchases will be billed in US Dollars.
What documents are required for purchasing a new prepaid sim?
We require one valid form of Government issued photo identification to purchase a SIM online.

You will need a valid form of Government issued photo identification.
What is the warranty on devices?
Cell phones devices have a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year from date of purchase.
What is the Cancellation Policy
Orders for cell phone devices can be cancelled within 24hours. Sim card orders cannot be cancelled.
What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?

How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation?
Refund times vary based on your bank and card type used.
What are the delivery charges?
A $10 fee is associated with all deliveries. Delivery services are only available in Providenciales. All other islands are in store pick up only.
How long will the delivery take?
We offer 48hour delivery, however orders may be delivered within a 24hour period.
From which stores is click and collect available?
Our in-store Click and collect service is available in all Digicel stores in Turks and Caicos.
Our stores are located at:
- Providenciales: 991C Tower Plaza, Leeward Highway
- Grand Turk: Off Barracks Hill Road
- South Caicos: Hilgrove Street
- North Caicos: King Road, Bottle Creek
How soon can I collect my click and collect order?
If you order before midday (before 12pm) your click and collect order will be available by 2pm in store. If you order after Midday, your order will be available the next day at 10am in your preferred store.
For which products or services are verification documents required?
Verification documents are required for all purchases, proof of identification is required on delivery or collection.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery please contact our support team on 1649-331-3444 (Ext.2001) to reschedule your delivery.
Will all the products be shipped out together?
Yes, all products ordered together will be shipped as one delivery. However if you make multiple orders, we cannot guarantee they will be delivered at the same time.
Which locations do you deliver to?
Our delivery services are only available in Providenciales.
Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?
Yes, our delivery driver will require a customer signature and proof of identification on delivery of your order.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
You can only make changes to your order before dispatch, if you require urgent assistance please call 1649-331-3444 (Ext.2001) advising you need to make amendments to your online order. Please have your order number ready so the changes can be implemented quickly before dispatch.
