You will need a valid form of identification and a proof of address. This can be a utility bill in your name, a bank statement or drivers license. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, we will require a utility bill for your residence and a letter from the named person the utility bill is registered to, permitting use of the address.

Cell phones devices have a warranty of 3 months.

Orders for cell phone devices can be cancelled at any time prior to pick-up from our corporate office Orders where a prepaid SIM card was bundled may not be cancelled.
